Job summary

Coherent Corp. is seeking a skilled individual to operate and organize growth and fabrication processes with analytical equipment on a Monday–Friday 7am–3pm shift.

The role requires following safety protocols and maintaining equipment, while accurately recording test data for internal and external customers. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, with 2+ years of manufacturing experience and technical certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical certificate preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and organize assigned growth and fabrication processes and analytical equipment to meet schedules.
• Follow procedures, work instructions, safety protocols and practices to maintain fabrication equipment.
• Record and process test data and reports for internal/external evaluation.
• Adhere to Lock Out-Tag Out (LOTO) procedures during troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Observe and report process and equipment deviations.
