Job summary

Keystone Mines Inc. in Mariposa, California seeks a Geologic Technician / Core Cutter to safely process diamond drill core, label samples, and maintain an organized core facility.

You will work closely with Exploration and Geology teams, performing core cutting, sampling, photography, and data entry with strict safety and QA/QC standards. The role requires physical fitness, attention to detail, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a mining/exploration environment;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Post-secondary geology-related education preferred.
• Familiarity with diamond drill core handling preferred.
• Basic computer/data entry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Core Processing & Sampling: cut, label, bag, and prepare samples.
• Maintain sample integrity and documentation.
• Photograph core and assist with layout and archiving.
• Ensure safe handling and storage of drill core.
