Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician / Dialysis Technician Trainee to split time between our outpatient dialysis clinics in Kent & Streetsboro. No prior dialysis experience is required, as 12 weeks of paid, comprehensive training will be provided to help you start a rewarding career.

These are full-time positions with early morning start times. You will work four 10-hour shifts or three 12-hour shifts weekly, with every other Saturday.

Qualifications

• No prior dialysis experience required.
• 12 weeks of paid, comprehensive training provided.
• High school diploma or GED required; CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate hemodialysis machines.
• Provide hands-on patient care in a team environment.
• Monitor vital signs and document treatment data.
• Maintain a safe, clean patient care area and equipment.
• Observe infection control procedures and report changes to RN.
