Job summary

Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Dialysis Technician to join its team, providing hands-on dialysis therapy under the supervision of a licensed nurse. You will monitor vital signs, set up machines, and document treatments while delivering compassionate patient care in a clean, safe facility.

The role requires a dialysis certification, two years of experience, and CPR. Candidates should be able to meet physical demands and pass color vision tests.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Dialysis certification required.
• Current or starting CPR certification.
• Minimum of two years of dialysis technician experience.
• Must be able to pass Ishihara Color Blindness test.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care under licensed nurse supervision.
• Obtain and document vitals, weight, and vascular access assessments.
• Set up, operate, and safety-check hemodialysis machines; administer heparin as allowed by state law.
• Accurately document treatment details and prepare lab specimens.
• Deliver excellent service to patients, families, and staff while maintaining a safe environment.
