Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Dialysis Technician to join our hemodialysis team in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy under supervision. You will work with licensed nurses to deliver patient care and operate dialysis equipment according to regulations.

The role emphasizes direct patient contact, accurate vitals monitoring, precise documentation, and collaboration to ensure a high standard of care in a clinical setting.

Responsabilités

• Direct Patient Care: Provides hands-on care to patients under supervision, initiating and discontinuing dialysis per orders.
• Vital Signs & Monitoring: Records pre- and post-treatment vitals, weight, vascular access assessments, flags anomalies to nurse.
• Dialysis Machine Operation: Sets up, operates, and performs safety checks on dialysis machines; administers heparin as allowed by law.
• Documentation & Lab Work: Documents treatment details and prepares specimens.
• Customer Service & Environment: Delivers excellent service to patients, families, and staff, maintaining a clean, safe environment.
