Job summary

Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Dialysis Technician to join our care team and provide hands-on dialysis treatment under nurse supervision. You will monitor vitals, operate dialysis machines, and document treatment details in a patient-focused environment.

The role requires a dialysis certification, CPR, and at least two years of experience. A color-blindness test is required, and the physical demands include lifting and moving equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CPR certification current or ability to obtain before starting in unit.
• Two years dialysis technician experience required.
• Dialysis certification required.
• Ishihara color blindness test clearance.
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 30 lbs, and move equipment up to 200 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on direct patient care under licensed nurse supervision.
• Record pre- and post-treatment vitals, weight, and vascular access assessments.
• Set up and operate dialysis machines and perform safety checks.
• Document patient treatment details and prepare lab specimens as prescribed.
• Deliver excellent customer service to patients, families and staff while maintaining a clean, safe environment.
