Job summary

Concerto Renal Services is hiring a Dialysis Technician to join the care team in providing safe dialysis therapy. Under a nurse's supervision, you will deliver direct patient care, monitor vitals, and operate dialysis equipment.

You will document treatments, perform lab prep, and uphold a clean, supportive environment for patients and staff. A valid dialysis certification and CPR are required, with two years of prior experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Dialysis certification required.
• Current CPR certification or start upon joining.
• Minimum 2 years dialysis technician experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care under supervision of a licensed nurse, initiating and discontinuing dialysis per orders.
• Obtain and document pre/post-treatment vitals, weight, and vascular access assessments.
• Set up, operate, and inspect hemodialysis machines and administer heparin as allowed by state law.
• Accurately document treatment details and prepare laboratory specimens as prescribed.
• Deliver excellent service to patients, families and staff while maintaining a safe environment.
