Job summary

Centers for Dialysis Care is seeking Dialysis Technician Trainees for a comprehensive, paid training program. We pay you to train in dialysis, with a $5,000 sign‑on bonus if you are already an OCDT.

Starting pay is $17.34/hour for an inexperienced trainee, with a full benefits package and growth opportunities. Qualified candidates have strong work history, relevant patient care or phlebotomy experience, and the ability to handle rotating day/evening shifts as required by the facility.

Qualifications

• Excellent work history
• Patient care or Phlebotomy experience a plus
• College level English, Mathematics, and Science – Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Highly motivated
• Attention to details
• Must be flexible to work a rotating schedule to include both day and evening shifts

Responsibilities

• Sixteen weeks paid formal training.
• Weeks 1-4 – Onsite clinical introduction to unit.
• Weeks 5-10 – Classroom and onsite clinical instruction.
• Weeks 11-16 – Onsite clinical training with preceptor.
• Successful completion depends on 78% exams and passing competencies.
• Excellent attendance record is mandatory
