Responsibilities include operating dialysis machines, connecting patients, monitoring treatments, and maintaining equipment safety. The team emphasizes safety and compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED) required.
• Preferred: Education in the science field.
• Preferred: Prior direct patient care experience.
• Preferred: Phlebotomy experience and American Heart Association BLS.

Responsibilities

• Set up and monitor hemodialysis machines and connect patients.
• Ensure safety procedures and proper cleaning/reprocessing of equipment.
• Float to other clinics as needed to maintain safe patient care.
