Job summary

University Health in San Antonio is seeking an Executive Director of Dialysis Services to lead the planning, administration, and clinical direction of all dialysis programs within our health system.

You will oversee renal clinics, inpatient/outpatient dialysis, home dialysis, and jail dialysis services, collaborating with Medical Directors to drive growth, efficiency, and patient-centered care across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Current RN license in Texas and BLS Healthcare Provider or Instructor card required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical services across multiple dialysis sites to ensure high-quality care in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Supervise and mentor a team of clinical and support staff; lead staff development and recruitment.
• Manage operational and capital budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources while meeting organizational goals.
• Develop and update clinical and administrative policies to ensure ongoing compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Serve as a liaison between University Health and the community, representing dialysis services in professional and public forums.
