Job summary

S & M Med Travel Agency, Inc. seeks a dedicated RN to provide direct patient care in dialysis settings on a 13-week travel assignment in Casper, WY.

You will perform dialysis procedures, assess responses, and adjust treatment plans under supervision or physician orders. Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, a Wyoming RN license in good standing, BLS/ACLS certification, and at least 1 year of dialysis RN experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Wyoming RN license in good standing.
• ACLS and/or BLS certification.
• 1 year minimum dialysis RN experience; CNN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for assigned patients and assist in the care of other patients as needed.
• Perform all technical aspects of dialysis procedures.
• Assess patient response to dialysis therapy and adjust the treatment plan as indicated or directed by the supervisor or physician.
• Assess pre-, interim-, and post-dialysis findings and document them.
• Administer medications as ordered to assigned patients.
• Educate patients and families on ESRD, dialysis therapy, diet and medications.

Job description
