Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Registered Nurse with Hemodialysis experience to deliver high-quality care in a clinical setting. You will perform dialysis procedures, assess patients, and develop care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include managing medications, obtaining lab specimens, and documenting patient responses while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program or equivalent.
• Current RN license for Pennsylvania is required.
• Current CPR certification or within three months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform the hemodialysis treatment procedure delivering safe, efficient care of the highest quality.
• Provide specialized registered nursing care in accordance with state law.
• Utilize assessment skills, technical skills, collaborative skills, documentation skills, and leadership qualities.
• Maintain strong relationships, regular communication, and visibility with clients.
• Complete company clinical training program for inexperienced Dialysis RNs.
• Understand and record patient responses to renal failure and its treatments.
• Set correct priorities for patient care based on current knowledge.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate appropriate care plans for patients.
• Communicate significant information to the appropriate team member clearly.
• Administer medications when ordered.
• Obtain all laboratory specimens as ordered and perform routine tests.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient, employee, and/or company information.
