Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure appropriate to the state of practice (NC).

• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills.
• Employee must successfully pass Ishihara’s Color Blind Test.
• Authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provides prescribed medical treatment and dialysis treatment to the clients of the unit.
• Renders highly professional and technical nursing care to dialysis patients.
• Provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
• Directs and supervises other team members.
• Collaborates with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to meet care standards.
• Ensures a secure and safe patient environment following safety policies.
• Position requires frequent standing and bending.
