Health Systems Management, Inc. (HSM) is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our dialysis team in North Carolina. The position offers a full-time role with an hourly wage of $35.00 to $52.00 and a sign-on bonus up to $13,000 based on experience.

Responsibilities include administering dialysis treatment, delivering high-quality nursing care, coordinating with physicians and the care team, and supervising other staff while ensuring patient safety and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure appropriate to the state of practice.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and to fill in when needed.
• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills.
• Employee must successfully pass the Ishihara’s Color Blind Test.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Responsabilités

• Provides prescribed medical treatment and dialysis treatment to the clients of the unit.
• Renders highly professional and technical nursing care to the dialysis patients.
• Provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
• Directs and supervises other team members.
• Collaborates with the physicians and the multidisciplinary team members to achieve high standards of care.
• Ensures a secure and safe patient environment following safety policies and standards.
