Job summary

Health Systems Management, Inc. (HSM) is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dialysis team in Winston-Salem and King, NC. The position offers an attractive sign-on bonus up to $13,000 and pays $35.00-$52.00 hourly based on experience.

The RN will provide dialysis treatments, collaborate with physicians and staff, and ensure safe patient care while supporting a flexible schedule and professional growth within a full-service healthcare management organization.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and to fill in when needed.
• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills.
• Employee must successfully pass Ishihara’s Color Blind Test.
• Authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship at this time.

Responsibilities

• Provides prescribed medical and dialysis treatment to unit clients.
• Renders professional nursing care to dialysis patients.
• Performs direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
• Directs and supervises other team members.
• Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team to maintain high standards of care.
• Maintains a secure and safe patient environment by following policies and standards.
