Job summary

Prime Healthcare’s Olympia Fields Hospital in Olympia Fields, IL is seeking a Dialysis Staff RN for a full-time, variable shift (9a–9:30p). You will deliver safe patient care using the nursing process, assess and plan, and guide patient and family education within the Inpatient Renal Care Unit.

Qualifications include a current state RN license, BLS certification, nephrology or apheresis nursing certification encouraged, and two years of acute care hemodialysis experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Certification in nephrology nursing or apheresis nursing encouraged.
• Two years of acute care hemodialysis nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process in the Inpatient Renal Care Unit.
• Direct patient and family teaching and supervise nursing staff.
• Communicate changes in patient condition with physician and respond to clinical changes.
