Qualifications

• Graduate of a state accredited school of professional nursing.
• Minimum of one (1) year of dialysis nursing experience.
• Dependable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered RN care per nursing process in dialysis and hospital settings.
• Set up and operate dialysis machines, monitor patients before, during, and after treatment.
• Administer medications and document administration per standards of practice.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to develop individual care plans.
• Engage in performance improvement and ensure infection control protocols.
