Job summary

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. in Montana is seeking a Dialysis Registered Nurse to join a compassionate patient-care team.

You will prepare machines, deliver hemodialysis, and provide ongoing patient education in a supportive clinical setting with a low caregiver-to-patient ratio. The schedule offers full-time shifts (four 10-hour shifts or three 12-hour shifts), Sundays off, and no overnight shifts, with a starting pay of $36+ per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Accredited nursing degree required.
• Dialysis experience not required; job shadow opportunities available.
• DCI provides 3 months of comprehensive training, including classroom group sessions and one-on-one skills training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dialysis machine, its alarms, and treatment supplies and ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures.
• Ongoing patient education, training and health coaching.
• Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating changes with physician and families.
• Administer and chart all prescribed medications.
• Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations.
• Participate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart reviews.
• Document required patient education efforts.
• Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals.
• Assist in medication inventory maintenance.
• Lead a small patient care team.
• Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed.
• Additional tasks as requested.
