Qualifications

• Accredited nursing degree required.
• Dialysis experience is preferred.
• MTRN license must be current.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with medical team on patient care.
• Coordinate home training sessions and clinic visits.
• Monitor patient supply ordering and usage.
• Communicate with interdisciplinary care team.
• Monitor ongoing patient care parameters.
• Perform all registered nurse duties.
