Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is seeking an Acute Registered Nurse to deliver dialysis care in a hospital setting and supervise PCTs and LVNs. You will report to an Acute Manager or regional leadership and ensure care aligns with physician orders and company policies.

This role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and strong English communication. You will participate in quality metrics and infection control while managing dialysis equipment and safety checks.

Qualifications

• RN license required and must be current.
• 12 months nursing experience preferred.
• Prior dialysis nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to pass color screening.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal/written).
• Basic computer skills; able to use clinical applications within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide acute dialysis care and treatment in a hospital setting.
• Assist and supervise Patient Care Technicians and Licensed Vocational Nurses.
• Adhere to hospital and company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in inventory, supply use, and staff labor management as needed.
• Complete water quality verification and equipment safety checks prior to each treatment.
