U.S. Renal Care, Inc. seeks an Acute Dialysis Nurse to provide hands-on dialysis care in a hospital, making independent nursing decisions and guiding the Acute Patient Care Technician. You will lead a patient-centered team to deliver care with compassion and expertise.

Expect to collaborate with a multidisciplinary group, maintain current RN licensure and CPR certification, and leverage your dialysis experience to drive improved patient outcomes and staff development.

Qualifications

• One-year dialysis experience preferred.
• Nephrology Certification within one year of eligibility to take the test.
• Current state RN license and CPR certification

Responsabilités

• Deliver direct care to dialysis patients within hospital settings.
• Direct and support Acute PCT; serve as primary resource for acute care.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
