Qualifications

• One year of RN experience; dialysis experience preferred.
• California/ Tennessee: minimum 3 months dialysis exp; Texas: 6 months dialysis exp.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent.
• Current, active RN license; CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in professional development activities, quality assessment and improvement, and application of research findings.
• Practice ethically according to Nephrology Nursing Standards of Practice and state scopes of practice.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality care and improve the patient experience.
