Satellite Healthcare in California is seeking a Staff Nurse to deliver patient-centered dialysis care and participate in ongoing professional development. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to apply the Nephrology Nursing Standards of Practice and state scope of practice requirements.

The role emphasizes quality improvement, ethical practice, and leadership within the dialysis unit, while supporting patient outcomes and staff collaboration.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of registered nurse experience.
• Minimum 3 months (California & Tennessee) or 6 months (Texas) of experience as a Nephrology Nurse with dialysis experience required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent.
• Current, active, unencumbered state RN licensure, CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Participate in professional role development activities including continuing education and quality improvement.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care in dialysis settings.
• Apply Nephrology Nursing Standards of Practice and Scope of Practice guidelines.
