Formación

• Must be a graduate of a board-approved nursing education program.
• Licensed registered nurse (RN) with multi-state or single-state licensure.
• BLS certification; ACLS/other certifications may be required based on specialty.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking are essential.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and computer systems.

Responsabilidades

• Engage in care using the nursing process to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans, and collaborate with the care team.
• Administer medications and therapies per protocols when required.
• Maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• Uphold a culture of safety and quality improvement.
• Float to other units as needed to meet patient care needs.

• Pursue ongoing professional development and maintain licensure.
