Advocate Aurora Health is seeking a part-time registered nurse for the Atrium Health Union - Dialysis unit in Monroe, NC. The role involves 24 hours per week with rotating call shifts nights and weekends in a small, collaborative team setting.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of nursing experience, strong ICU and/or dialysis unit background, and an active RN license. Expect patient care across a 7:00 AM–7:00 PM window, with on-call requirements and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• RN with current license in the state of practice.
• 2+ years of nursing experience preferred in ICU or Kidney Dialysis Unit.
• Proficient in electronic health records and patient care documentation.

Responsibilities

• Engage in governance and quality initiatives to improve care and evidence-based practice.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care with patient and family involvement.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans, and collaborate with the care team.
