Job summary
Baptist Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Dialysis unit to deliver patient-centered care for inpatients requiring hemodialysis, plasmapheresis, or plasma exchange. The unit operates 24/7, with a 6:30am–4:00pm shift and four shifts per week; evenings and Sundays involve on-call rotations.

Qualifications
- ?Current RN licensure in Kentucky.
- ?Bachelor's or associate degree in nursing.
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
- ACLS/PALS/NRP and dysrhythmia training as required.
- ADN with less than 10 years must pursue BSN within 5 years.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care with nursing rounds, assessments, and treatments.
- Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Provide patient and family-centered education.
- Care coordination and individualized treatment planning with the team.
