Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is hiring a Registered Nurse to join our in-center hemodialysis team. You will provide specialized nursing care as part of a patient care team in Spearfish with a home clinic in Rapid City.

Qualifications

• Accredited nursing degree required.
• Dialysis experience not required; job shadow opportunities available.
• DCI provides 3 months of comprehensive training, including classroom group sessions and one-on-one skills training.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dialysis machine, alarms, and treatment supplies per standards.
• Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures.
• Provide ongoing patient education, training and health coaching.
• Monitor patients during dialysis and communicate changes to physician and families.
• Administer and chart prescribed medications.
• Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations.
• Participate in patient care conferences and rounds.
