Job summary

Lifepoint Health® is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center in Russellville, Arkansas. This pivotal role involves providing vital care to patients undergoing dialysis therapy, managing nursing schedules, and serving as a key communicator among healthcare professionals. Candidates must hold a current RN license, an associate’s degree in nursing, and certification in Basic Life Support. Qualifications

• Must have current state RN license and an associate's degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support required within six months of hire.
• Preferable one year of nursing experience.
• ASLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage nurse schedules to ensure adequate coverage across all units.
• Assign nursing staff based on patient needs and acuity levels.
• Respond to emergencies and implement appropriate protocols.
• Serve as the liaison between nursing staff, physicians, and patients.
• Uphold hospital policies and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Monitor patient admissions and discharges to maintain optimal bed utilization.
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff.
