U.S. Renal Care, Inc. in California is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our cross-functional team. You will work under supervision to care for patients with kidney disease and supervise PCTs as needed in a dialysis setting.

Responsibilities include patient care before, during, and after dialysis, medication administration per orders, and documentation of assessments. You will participate in staffing planning and mandatory training to maintain high-quality renal care.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• One or more years of current nursing experience preferred.
• Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality dialysis patient care and document assessments.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and ensure staffing per regulatory requirements.
• Adhere to company policies and participate in meetings and continuing education.
