U.S. Renal Care in Richardson, TX is seeking an RN Charge Nurse to oversee nursing services each shift and supervise staff on duty during operating hours.

You will assist with clinical and operational processes, administer medications as ordered, support physician rounds, and ensure policy compliance while delivering safe dialysis and responsive patient care. You will mentor staff and coordinate with Medical Director and physicians.

Competenze

• Current RN license in applicable state, active and in good standing.
• 12 months nursing care experience, including 3 months in dialysis.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to distinguish colors.
• Demonstrated leadership in clinical or emergent situations.
• Proficient in English, verbal and written communication.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with clinical software within 90 days.
