Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking an RN Charge Nurse to oversee nursing services per shift and act as a nursing supervisor at our dialysis centers in the United States.

You will lead staff on duty, coordinate care with physicians, ensure timely transcription of orders, and support anemia management and dialysis protocols. The role requires an active RN license, at least 12 months of nursing experience (3 months in dialysis), CPR certification within 90 days, and strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Eligible RN license in the applicable state and in good standing.
• Minimum 12 months nursing care experience, including 3 months with dialysis patients.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong leadership and clinical decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication with patients, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing services each shift and supervise staff on duty.
• Facilitate patient rounds with physicians; document orders promptly.
• Administer medications as ordered and monitor response.
• Support anemia management and dialysis protocols as required.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and company policies.
• Respond to clinic emergencies and maintain patient assessment communications.
• Mentor new staff and participate in care planning with the interdisciplinary team.
