Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized dialysis nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Coordinate care, assess patients, educate patients, and collaborate with physicians and inter-professional team members.
• Document patient history, symptoms, medications and care in compliance with applicable standards/regulations.
