Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Bachelor or Associate school of nursing and a current state license to practice nursing.
• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Preferred 1-2 years of nursing experience with a minimum of 1-2 years in Dialysis nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality dialysis-related care in collaboration with nephrology practitioners and dialysis team.
• Coordinate with dietitians, social workers, and vascular access to meet patient needs.
