Job summary

Avera Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Dialysis in Marshall, MN. The RN will provide direct patient care within the dialysis program, following best practices and hospital policies.

The role requires active RN licensure, and experience in dialysis or related units is preferred. The position offers day shifts, rotating weekends/holidays, PTO from day 1, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an active RN license in the state of practice.
• Experience in dialysis, Med/Surg, CCU or Emergency Unit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care and treatment within the scope of nursing practice for dialysis patients.
• Educates patients and families from admission through discharge; documents plans and interventions.
• Collaborates with physicians and team to coordinate care across the continuum, including emergency readiness.
• Maintains compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards; participates in performance improvement.
