Job summary

Dialysis Clinic Inc. seeks a Registered Nurse to join its in-center hemodialysis unit. No dialysis experience needed; comprehensive training will develop you into a Dialysis RN.

This is a full-time position with a 4-day workweek, collaborating with the clinic team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. Ideal candidates are new nursing graduates with ASN/BSN, licensure in progress or active RN license, and current CPR certification, ready to learn in a supportive, mission-driven non-profit.

Qualifications

• A Degree from an accredited Nursing Program (ASN/BSN).
• Must possess and maintain a current RN license or be in NCLEX testing process.
• Maintains current CPR certification.
• Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated high level of clinical excellence.
• DCI provides comprehensive hands-on and theory orientation/training to equip our nurses for success.

Responsibilities

• Performs hemodialysis treatments in accordance with facility policies.
• Prepares dialysis machine, alarms, and products to meet quality standards.
• Monitors patients during dialysis and communicates issues to physician and family.
• Administers and charts prescribed pre, intra, and post dialysis medications.
• Follows CDC/CMS infection control regulations.
• Participates in patient care conferences and chart reviews.
• Documents patient education to ensure ESRD network/CMS/DCI compliance.
• Interacts with hospitals as a liaison to facilitate continuity of care.
• Collaborates with renal team to manage medication inventory and supplies.
