You will perform patient assessments before and after treatments, monitor patients during dialysis, and participate in staff meetings and continuing education offerings to ensure high standards of care.

Responsibilities

• Patient care: provide safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatment and document physical assessments before and after treatments.
• Teamwork: collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and ensure staffing requirements are met under supervision.
• Safety & Quality: adhere to company policies and state/federal regulations and participate in required meetings and continuing education.
