Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Dialysis Registered Nurse Floater to support clinics in the greater Valdosta, GA area. You will provide safe dialysis care, document assessments, monitor patients, and administer medications as ordered, under supervision of a Charge Nurse.

You will collaborate with PCTs and the interdisciplinary team to meet staffing requirements and ensure quality renal care in a compliant, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• One or more years of nursing experience preferred.
• Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment and patient care.
• Document and assess patients before and after treatments and monitor during treatment.
• Administer medications according to physician orders and review patient medication profiles.
