Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with active licensure.
• Experience in fast-paced healthcare environments.

Responsabilités

• Hand off at shift change using SBAR, with no gaps for the incoming RN.
• Audit the unit's conflict resolution compliance weekly and brief the charge RN on gaps.
• Chart vitals, intake, and response to treatment for a clean clinical picture for the next RN.
• Stage the resuscitation bay each shift — airway, access, meds.
• Draw labs, run point-of-care testing, flag abnormal panels to supervising clinician.
• Support post-op patients, managing nausea, pain, and fear.
• Escort fragile patients to procedures, monitor telemetry during transport.
