• Initiate, monitor, and discontinue hemodialysis treatments per protocol.
• Observe for adverse reactions and intervene to maintain patient safety.
• Educate patients on dialysis routines, fluid/diet management, access care, and self-management.
• Document assessments, interventions, treatment parameters, and patient responses in the EHR.
• Collaborate with nephrology providers and interdisciplinary staff to support equipment readiness and infection-control practices.
