Job summary

University Health Careers is seeking an experienced registered nurse to provide dialysis patient care in a designated clinic setting. You will perform the nursing process and monitor ESRD patients on dialysis, ensuring safety and policy adherence.

You will mentor staff and serve as a clinical role model, coordinating with Nurse Staff I-III and the Dialysis Services Director to maintain high-quality care. Texas RN licensure and BLS/CPR/HCP cards are required.

Qualifications

• BSN highly preferred.
• Current RN license in Texas required.
• Basic Life Support, CPR and Healthcare Provider cards required.

Responsibilities

• Performs the nursing process in a dialysis clinic in a safe, therapeutic manner.
• Provides direct patient care and monitoring for ESRD patients on dialysis.
• Oversees direct patient care of ESRD patients on dialysis.
• Mentors staff and serves as a clinical role model to team members.
• Receives mentoring from Nurse Staff I-III and the Dialysis Services Director.
