Spectrum Dialysis is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Pleasant Hill, CA, delivering dialysis care within skilled nursing facilities. The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, collaboration with facility staff, and adherence to dialysis protocols.

The RN will oversee dialysis treatments, monitor patients, manage access devices, and educate patients and families. We value compassion, dependability, professionalism, and patient-focused care in a fast-paced SNF

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hemodialysis experience.
• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
• Active California RN license.
• American Heart Association BLS Provider certification.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate dialysis care to patients in skilled nursing facilities.
• Manage AV fistulas, grafts, shunts, and dialysis catheters.
• Perform venipuncture, access care, and dressing changes per established standards.
• Safely manage dialysis treatments and document medications as needed.
• Supervise dialysis technicians and ensure completion of assigned responsibilities.
• Maintain accurate medication and treatment documentation and patient education.
