Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dialysis team. You will provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment, document assessments, and monitor patients during procedures under supervision of a Charge Nurse.

You will also work with an interdisciplinary team to plan care, ensure staffing requirements are met, and participate in ongoing education and policy adherence. A valid state RN license and dialysis experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• One or more years of nursing experience preferred.
• Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment and complete and document physical assessments before and after treatments.
• Monitor patients during treatment and administer medications per physician orders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and ensure staffing requirements are met under Administrator direction.
