SoftPath Medical seeks an experienced RN for the inpatient Dialysis unit. You will provide care for adult dialysis patients (acute and chronic renal failure) with a 2:1 RN:patient ratio (3:1 with a dialysis technician), and you will collaborate with Respiratory Therapy, Hospitalists, and ICU staff to ensure safe, high‑quality care 24/7.

You will use Encompass/Epic, Tablo, Baxter pumps and Omnicell in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented unit.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year experience in dialysis nursing.
• Experience with hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
• Required licensure: BLS, ACLS; NIHSS is a resource Team requirement.

Responsabilidades

• Provide dialysis nursing care for adult inpatients (acute and chronic renal failure).
• Monitor patient status, administer medications, and document in the EMR.
• Collaborate with Respiratory Therapy, Hospitalists, and ICU staff; support 24/7 operations.
