Job summary

DaVita is hiring an RN to provide compassionate dialysis care in an outpatient setting, ensuring patient safety and comfort. The role may float to Gladwin and West Branch, with hours of 3 days per week and shifts lasting 12–14 hours.

Responsibilities include delivering treatments, monitoring patient status, responding to clinical situations, educating patients, and collaborating with a care team. A valid RN license and CPR certification are required, with 2+ years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• CPR certification required; basic EKG interpretation.
• 2+ years' experience with acutely ill patients (ICU/ER/Med-Surg preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver dialysis treatments and monitor patient status.
• Assess, troubleshoot, and respond to clinical situations.
• Educate patients and build meaningful relationships.
• Work as part of a supportive care team.
