Baptist Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Dialysis Unit in Lexington, KY. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, nursing rounds, assessments, and treatments in a 24/7 dialysis service environment.

You will coordinate admissions, transfers, discharges, and family education while upholding evidence-based practice and hospital policies. Licensure in Kentucky is required, with BLS and specialty certifications as applicable.

Formación

• Current RN licensure in Kentucky.
• Bachelor's or associate degree in nursing from an accredited college/university.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS/PALS/NRP and dysrhythmia class as required by department.
• Associate degree holders must enroll in a bachelor’s degree program within 12 months and complete within 5 years.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care and nursing rounds, assessments and treatments.
• Facilitate admission, transfer and discharge activities.
• Deliver patient and family-centered education.
• Coordinate care planning and ensure individualized treatment plans.
