Job summary

vTech Solution is seeking a Staff Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee dialysis and patient care across multiple clinics in Washington. You will educate patients, supervise Dialysis Technicians, adjust treatment plans per standing orders, monitor outcomes, and collaborate with nephrologists and the care team.

The role requires RN licensure in WA or a Multi-State Compact, BLS certification, and a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience with dialysis.

Qualifications

• Previous dialysis nursing experience is required.

Job Summary

The Staff Registered Nurse (RN) will oversee the delivery of dialysis and patient care at multiple clinic locations. The RN is responsible for patient education, supervising Dialysis Technicians, adjusting treatment plans per standing orders, monitoring patient outcomes, administering medications, participating in quality improvement projects, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team including social workers, dietitians, and nephrologists. This role requires flexibility to float between four clinics and work any day Monday through Saturday.

Required Skills & Certifications

• Experience in acute care or ambulatory nursing settings.

Special Considerations

• Ability to work at any of the assigned clinic locations: Everett, Smokey Point, Mountlake Terrace, and Monroe.
• Flexibility to work any shift (AM/PM) depending on staffing needs.
• Float assignment covering multiple clinics.

Scheduling

Workdays may be any day Monday through Saturday.

Shift schedule includes morning and/or afternoon shifts as assigned.
