Job summary

A national inpatient rehabilitation leader is seeking a Hemodialysis RN in Athens, Georgia. You will provide direct care to patients needing hemodialysis, supervise treatments, conduct assessments, and educate staff. A strong commitment to patient care and collaboration is essential. Qualifications

• Current RN license as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required.
• ACLS within 1 year of hire.
• 6 months dialysis nursing experience required.
• 1 year of experience in inpatient hospital setting preferred.
• 1 year of inpatient hospital setting experience preferred.

• Provide direct patient care to inpatients needing hemodialysis.

Your role involves:

• Providing direct patient care to inpatients in need of hemodialysis.
• Supervising care and treatments, conducting patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Building rewarding relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid in their recovery.
• Educating nursing staff on the care of the hemodialysis patient, hemodialysis equipment, and hemodialysis standards of care.

Qualifications
