Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Hemodialysis RN to deliver direct inpatient hemodialysis care, assess patients, and develop personalized care plans within a collaborative team. You will build strong patient relationships and support recovery through compassionate, evidence-based nursing practice.

The role emphasizes teamwork, patient education, and adherence to dialysis standards in a state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS within 1 year of hire.
• CRRN certification preferred (we can help you obtain it!).
• 6 months dialysis nursing experience required.
• 1 year of inpatient hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care to inpatients in need of hemodialysis.
• Supervising care and treatments, conducting patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Building rewarding relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid in their recovery.
• Educating nursing staff on the care of the hemodialysis patient, hemodialysis equipment, and hemodialysis standards of care.
