Satellite Healthcare is seeking an Acute Dialysis Nurse to provide expert care in a hospital dialysis unit. You will deliver direct patient care, make independent clinical decisions, and guide a Patient Care Technician team to ensure safe, compassionate treatment.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team, focused on patient outcomes, quality care, and a patient-centered approach in a fast-paced environment. This role requires energy, leadership, and commitment to our mission.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current state RN license and CPR certification.
• Dialysis experience preferred.
• Nephrology certification within 1 year of eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct dialysis patient care in hospital setting.
• Independently make clinical decisions.
• Direct and support Acute PCT in patient care.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Acute Dialysis Nurse (Acute Nurse) is an experienced dialysis nurse who is closest to delivering care to our patients within the hospital. The Acute Nurse is required to make independent decisions using professional nursing knowledge. The Acute Nurse directs, assists, and is the primary resource for the Acute Patient Care Technician (Acute PCT) providing direct services to the patients.

Education

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent BSN preferred

Experience

One-year dialysis experience preferred Nephrology Certification within one year of eligibility to take the test

Certification/License

Current state license as a Registered Nurse Current CPR certification
