Job summary

Satellite Healthcare in California is seeking a Staff Nurse to participate in ongoing professional development, quality assessment, and integration of research into practice. You will apply Nephrology Nursing Standards and state scopes of practice to deliver ethical, patient-centered care.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, lead by example, and strive to improve the environment for patients and staff while growing your career within a supportive system.

Qualifications

• One year of registered nurse experience.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent.
• Current, active RN licensure and CPR certification.
• Proficient with Electronic Health Records.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and complete projects independently.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

As a Staff Nurse you will actively participate in professional role development activities, including continuing education, quality assessment and improvement, and the review and clinical application of research findings. The Staff Nurse develops ethically sound practice and confronts ethical challenges through the application of the Nephrology Nursing Standards of Practice and the state Scope of Practices.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

One (1) year of registered nurse experience.

Education :
